Whether you'd like to enjoy pre-dinner cocktails, a glass of wine in our relaxing bar or a post-meal digestif, our expert mixologists and sommeliers offer a mix of outstanding drinks served in luxurious surroundings.
During the day, enjoy a coffee or tea whilst taking in the views over our golf course.
Light bites are served from 11.00am- 5.00pm.
Cocktail Menus
Our expert mixologists have created a comprehensive cocktail menu which will satisfy the most discerning and sophisticated. Our cocktail menu includes all of the classics, both traditional and modern, many with a special Rockliffe twist and a selection of our own creations destined to become the classics of the future.
Dress Code
We ask that guests visiting the Cocktail Bar don't wear sportswear, trainers or jeans- smart casual is fine!

Join us every Sunday for our special Signature Sunday's evening in the Cocktail Bar.
