You can improve mind and body in our state of the art Technogym and Kinesis studio with a level of exercise to suit you. Fitness can be more fun when we do it together and our varied studio schedule will include aerobic, conditioning, aqua fitness, yoga, Pilates and meditation classes.

Our exclusive sleep programme will lead you to discover the most blissful sleep. We will create individual treatments for you and send you home with calming aromatherapy oils and candles to induce a perfect night’s sleep every night.

Getting fit in the fresh air has many health benefits. If you don’t fancy golf, try a bike ride in our beautiful grounds or join the fastest growing outdoor fitness class, Nordic Walking.

Your skin can look fresher, brighter and younger with the right treatments and we source the best from around the world. Face and body treatments begin with skin and lifestyle analysis to create a bespoke experience. “Genie-tech” facial sculpturing targets specific areas to diminish and soften lines and wrinkles to leave the skin revitalized and feeling instantly younger.

Relax

Our treatment and relaxation areas are an oasis of tranquility and comfort where you can indulge in an individual body treatment to restore your well-being and relax your mind. Our advanced massage techniques and unique blends of quality products will give you a holistic experience; from exfoliation to cellulite treatments to deep tissue or hot poultice massage.

Relax on the poolside or in our beautifully designed thermal bathing suite. Enjoy our caldarium steam room with heated ceramic seats for added luxury and aromatic oils infused into the atmosphere to promote relaxation. Move on to the salt room, which is a gently warmed peaceful room with salt panels and salt inhalation filter to mimic the positive effect of being by the sea, then finish with a handful of ice flakes from the fountain in our igloo to close the pores and cool the body after heat treatments. Our Spa Butler will be happy to bring you a refreshing smoothie or a chilled glass of champagne.

Complete your day with a visit to our Bistro with a choice of light and delicious or indulgent and satisfying meals and enjoy a little retail therapy in our Spa shop where you will find take home treats and gifts.
