Get out and about this October Half Term!

Rockliffe Hall is a great location for exploring the surrounding area this half term

We know it can be a challenge to plan a family holiday in the current circumstances when everything has to be pre booked. We have put together some ideas to help you make the right decision to suit all ages and tastes.

You will all be set for the day with a delicious breakfast in the Orangery and when you return from a full day out, you will have everything you need at your five-star home from home.

Mischmasch

Mischmasch was inspired by much-loved children’s author Lewis Carroll who grew up in nearby Croft. Every adventure requires a first step, so come on in and discover the wonderland of curiosities with its woodland and nature trails.

Tennis Courts
Enjoy a rally on the all-weather tennis courts. Tennis courts can be booked at the spa, where rackets and balls are also available to borrow. All equipment is fully sanistised between each use.

Bike Hire
Explore the surrounding area and resort by bike with complimentary bike hire via our Concierge Team. All equipment is fully sanistised between each use.

Adventure Playground
Swing, slide, balance, sway and climb your way through our large eco-playground. There’s plenty of fun to be had in our Alice in Wonderland themed play area with a variety of apparatus to suit children of all ages.

Golf Lessons
The Rockliffe Golf Academy offers beginners and experienced golfers alike the opportunity to improve and sharpen their game with excellent practice facilities and golf tuition.

Raby Castle and High Force Waterfall
