ProPath Golf and PMG Rockliffe Hall Golf Academy have announced a strategic partnership aimed at revolutionising the development of young golfing talent.

This partnership will provide aspiring golfers with the tools, coaching, and opportunities to progress from promising talent to professional athletes in a streamlined and affordable way.

ProPath Golf, the brainchild of former England football manager Steve McClaren, was established to simplify the development process for golfers. An avid golfer himself, McClaren recognized that current player development systems are overly complex and prohibitively expensive.

ProPath Golf's philosophy is clear: “We believe player development and care must be simplified and accessible to everyone, regardless of their background. Our goal is to create a pathway for young golfers to become professional athletes without unnecessary barriers.”

McClaren emphasized that ProPath Golf is not just a coaching service or sports agency. Instead, it will serve as a home for aspiring golfers who aim to reach the pinnacle of the sport. “We’re dedicated to guiding golfers every step of the way, from nurturing raw talent to helping them become elite professionals,” he said.

PMG Academies, founded by former DP World Tour coach Mark Pearson, brings an unparalleled level of coaching expertise to the partnership. With a proven track record of developing winners on the DP World Tour and guiding talented youth towards the highest echelons of the sport, PMG is the leading provider of professional golf coaching in the UK. Pearson commented, "Our partnership with ProPath Golf at Rockliffe Hall is the perfect blend of expertise and resources, giving young golfers access to world-class coaching in one of the UK’s premier golf resorts."

The partnership will be based at Rockliffe Hall, providing an ideal environment for young players to hone their skills, offering everything from state-of-the-art training facilities to a championship-level course.

The new collaboration between ProPath Golf and PMG Rockliffe Hall Golf Academy will focus on nurturing talent in an accessible and affordable way, ensuring that every young golfer has the opportunity to pursue their passion and achieve their potential.

ProPath Golf and PMG Rockliffe Hall Golf Academy are holding a talent identification day for aspiring Junior Golfers on Sunday 27th October between 1pm and 5pm.
