A true Rockliffe Rock Star, Debbie is the Deputy Head Housekeeper here at Rockliffe Hall.
Debbie was nominated for Rock Star of the Month by her colleagues for her strong work ethics and her fantastic support of the housekeeping team members with training during the lockdowns. Despite all the challenges we faced last year, Debbie was a friendly, smiling face and a (virtual) shoulder of support for many.
“During the second lockdown Debbie went above and beyond helping the housekeeping team members with training by organising one to one session’s with team members who are not confident with technology.”
“Debbie returned back to work with a positive can-do attitude and has shown true determination to fulfil her role even when she's having a hard day. It is evident that Debbie truly cares about her team.”
