Join us in the Brasserie for an exciting whisky tasting evening.

Explore and taste some fabulous malt whiskies from different regions of Scotland paired with a delicious 4 course meal prepared by our very own whisky enthusiast Chef, Aaron Craig! 

Douglas Laing’s remarkable regional malts are the ultimate distillation of Scotland’s Malt Whisky regions; each bottling embodies the overarching characteristics of the region it is sourced from and is presented without colouring or chill-filtration.

King Scallop
Slow Roasted Belly Pork, Sweetcorn Puree. Herb Salad

Paired with Rock Oyster, Island Malt

Slow Cooked Beef
Onion Textures, Pomme Puree, Kale & Baby Carrots

Paired With Big Peat, Islay Malt

Dark Chocolate Delice, Orange Sorbet

Paired With Scallywag, Speyside Malt

Scottish Cheese & Biscuits
