Monday 4th February 2019, from 7pm

TV regular and winner of the Gourmand Book Awards’ Best Chef Cookbook in the World, Mark Greenaway, brings a taste of his multi-award-winning 3AA Rosette Restaurant Mark Greenaway, in Edinburgh, to Rockliffe Hall’s Brasserie. A raffle will be held to raise funds for Hospitality Action. Guests will receive a copy of Mark’s award-winning book and will have the chance to meet Mark behind the scenes in the Brasserie kitchen.

Mark Greenaway is known for his outstanding food and has been awarded 3AA Rosettes for the last five years. He prides himself on modern, innovative and visually stunning dishes and his signature dishes are desserts – get ready for a taste sensation!

Mark's menu will feature signature dishes from his restaurant and cookbook and will be confirmed 4 weeks prior to the event.

Raising funds for Hospitality Action

Over the eight day event, money will be raised for Hospitality Action. The charity offers vital assistance to those working, or who have worked within hospitality in the UK and who find themselves in crisis.

Please note full pre-payment is required at the time of booking. We will endeavor to accommodate all dietary requirements, however please be aware that in some instances this might mean your dishes are created by Rockliffe Hall’s executive chef rather than the guest chef. A limited number of Festival Passes are available (with and without accommodation) to include entry to all 6 evening events, and a 10% saving on additional booked day time events. Accommodation prices are based on two adults sharing a double or twin Tiplady Lodge bedroom. Maximum table size of 8 guests for this special event.
