We welcome Terry Laybourne MBE for an exquisite dining experience in The Clubhouse...  

Tuesday 4th February 2020, from 7pm 

This special evening will celebrate ‘30 years of 21’ with legendary north east chef Terry Laybourne MBE. A skilled restaurateur as well as a chef, he owns acclaimed restaurant group 21 Hospitality, which operates several venues across the north including 21, The Broad Chare, St. Vincent, Café 21 at Fenwick, Saltwater Fish Company and Porterhouse Butcher and Grill.

Terry Laybourne cooked at a string of top restaurants across Europe before opening his first restaurant, 21 Queen Street, in 1988, which won a Michelin star for Laybourne’s kitchen prowess.

During the event, money will be raised for the Great North Air Ambulance Service and Hospitality Action.

Please note full pre-payment is required at the time of booking. We will endeavour to accommodate all dietary requirements, however please be aware that in some instances this might mean your dishes are created by The Clubhouse executive chef Paul O’Hara, rather than Terry Laybourne MBE. Please notify us of any food allergies on booking. Accommodation prices are based on two adults sharing a double or twin Tiplady Lodge bedroom. Maximum table size of 8 guests for this special event.
