Caroline is a member of the housekeeping team, who always goes the extra mile for Rockliffe Hall and its guests.
Colleagues of Caroline voted for her due to the positivity she brings to the team and her outlook on her work.
One individual commented: "Caroline is friendly and kind, she will always help a colleague who needs support."
Caroline's colleagues recall various times that she has gone above and beyond in her role, such as undertaking sewing tasks at home for the housekeeping linen bags and helping fix a groom's trousers in an emergency situation when they split on his wedding day!
The Rock Star of the Month award winner is chosen each month based on votes from team members themselves. A massive well done to Caroline, very well deserved.
