A massive congratulations to Peter Bell on being crowned Rock Star of the Month for April 2020!
Despite lockdown, Fitness Manager, Peter Bell has been keeping the team's mental wellbeing and physical wellbeing at the forefront of his mind and is the well-deserved winner of Rock Star of the Month.
Peter has without fail, contributed a wellness tip for the team to try at home in each Rock Star Round Up (the Rockliffe Hall team e-newsletter) and this week will be hosting a Mental Wellbeing Zoom Workshop for team members.
