Congratulations to Keith Nelson for being crowned Rock Star of the Month for April!
A true Rockliffe ‘Rock Star’, Keith is our Night Concierge, working hard while most of us are sleeping to ensure that Rockliffe Hall’s five-star hospitality is delivered 24 hours a day.
Colleagues voted for Keith for his diligent actions and outstanding work recently and how he is always cheerful and happy to help. He has a high attention to detail and is very conscious of health and safety, ensuring the night operation runs smoothly while guests are sleeping.
Team members also mentioned how he always goes above and beyond his duties, for example helping with setting up the Orangery for breakfast almost every day to help the day time team.
One team member commented: “Keith has been a god send when it's a rush to get ready. Everyone needs to take a leaf out of his book, he’s a genuine team player.”
As with all of our Rock Stars, the winner is voted for by team members themselves. A massive well done to Keith for being crowned this month’s winner, very well deserved!
