Congratulations to Gillian Green for being crowned Rock Star of the Month for August!
A true Rockliffe Rock Star, Gillian is one of our Housekeeping Supervisors, training new housekeeping team members and ensuring the hotel remains spotlessly clean for guests.
Colleagues voted for Gillian as she held the housekeeping fort while a number of the team had to self-isolate during August, working extra days and longer hours to ensure bedrooms were turned around to the highest of standards.
Team members who voted for Gillian also commented on how friendly and supportive she is of new team members, how she always remains calm under pressure and how her impeccable standards inspire the team.
A huge well done Gillian, you have really gone the extra mile! This award is very well deserved.
