Rock Star of the Month

A true Rockliffe Rock Star, James works at the Resort in the role of Assistant Reservations Manager and has been a key worker throughout each of the lockdowns.

Colleagues voted for James as he has really stepped up to the plate during these times. Alongside doing his job in reservations he has been learning and developing his skills in the world of events and revenue management, with one team member sharing:

"James is willing to adapt to anything being thrown at him but most of all he isn’t afraid to ask for help should he need to. James has also recently helped to secure a huge piece of business for the resort and his virtual showround was one of the best the client had received across the whole of Europe!"

As with all of our Rock Stars, the winner is chosen by the team themselves, a huge well done to you James, very well deserved.
