A true Rockliffe Rock Star, Laura works on the Reception team here at Rockliffe Hall.
Laura was nominated for Rock Star of the Month by her colleagues based on her hard work throughout the lockdowns, her helpful attitude with guests and customers, for always going the extra mile (with her big smile) and for working on Christmas Day, without any guests to look after.
During lockdown Laura has been handling all of your calls and email enquiries, looking after guest bookings and helping out with wedding and events enquiries.
As with all of our Rock Stars, the winner is chosen by the team themselves, a huge well done to Laura on winning the award for January. Congratulations again!
