Rock Star of the Month

Alicia is a Chef de Partie at Rockliffe Hall, working in The Clubhouse kitchen team. Colleagues voted for Alicia because of her cheery personality and kindness, with one team member referring to her as the ‘Mother hen of The Clubhouse’ in their nomination.

One individual commented: “Alicia is a ray of sunshine in the kitchen. She always goes above and beyond to adapt the menus to suit guests’ needs and dietary requirements, and makes sure all the team members on shift are well looked after and comfortable.”

Another added: “Alicia is one of the kindest people I’ve ever worked with, she works incredibly hard, brightens up everyone’s day and goes out of her way to welcome new team members. She also makes sure our music playlists in the kitchen are uplifting with positive vibes!”

The Rock Star of the Month award winner is chosen each month based on votes from team members themselves. A massive well done to Alicia, very well deserved.
