A massive congratulations to Stephanie Wolstenholme on being crowned Rock Star of the Month for May 2020!
Whilst the hotel has been temporarily closed, Steph has literally been 'holding the fort' with the help of the reception and concierge teams.
She has used the time to develop new training and procedures and has worked tirelessly to ensure that the hotel is ready for it's re-opening.
Most of all, Steph has had a smile on her face throughout and has kept everyone's spirits high!
The winner of the 'Rock Star' award is chosen by Rockliffe Hall team members through anonymous nominations each month.
