Our Rock Star of the Month for September is Mark Grey.
Mark who previously worked in our spa eatery Nu Sana, is now our newly promoted Head Chef of The Clubhouse.
Colleagues voted for Mark as he goes above and beyond to make guests and team members happy, uses his own initiative and has adapted to his new role brilliantly.
One team member commented: “Mark is very patient and always makes time to help me learn new skills in the kitchen. He has a lot of time for others.”
As with all of our Rock Stars, the winner is voted for by team members themselves.
A massive well done to Mark for being crowned this month’s winner and we wish you all the luck in your new role.
