Continue reading for an in-depth step-by-step guide on the process of our OPI ProSpa Pamper Pedicure here at Rockliffe Hall.

Your five-star pedicure will start with a file and shape of the nails with cuticle work included. This early stage of the treatment helps rejuvenate the nails as well as helping to strengthen them. It can also act as a barrier to protect your polish and is most commonly made up of vegetable oils and contains vitamins and citric acid. Cuticles that are exposed to excessive cold, sun, chlorine, or salty or soapy water can become chapped, cracked, and dry. In these cases of extreme dryness and damage, cuticle oil can help moisturize your cuticle and nail, restoring it to health.

Following the oil is the application of OPI’s ProSpa Callus Peel. The treatment balm works to soften severe dryness on the soles of the feet and wraps the skin in its nourishing formula. Exfoliating lactic acid helps to smooth coarse areas, while chamomile fights itchy skin with a soothing touch. Topped with a hydrating lipid complex, this foot treatment is designed to leave skin soft and comfortable.

The next step is the removal of hard skin from the feet which is completed using a rasp tool. This will particularly fix dry skin, smooth out cracked heels, and even chip away at hardened calluses. This process simply makes the feet feel smooth and soft again, as they once were.

A sugar foot scrub is then used which is made up of sugar, oils, and essential oils. The scrub is fine in grain and does not irritate the feet. It is designed to remove any dead skin cells that are present, as these dead skin cells cause rough patches and dirt to stick on your feet. Something you don’t want after already starting the journey to fresher looking feet!

Following this an OPI Mask is applied with heated booties. Opening up the pours and allowing the mask to penetrate into the skin, this creates a higher level of hydration. Mixing both ultra-hydrating macadamia oil and shea butter together, your feet are sure to start feeling as good as new.

The Pamper Pedicure however would not be complete without a lower leg and foot massage which is designed to improve circulation, stimulates muscles, reduce tension, and often eases any pain you may be suffering from. The finishing touch… an OPI polish of your choice to leave your feet feeling summer ready.
