Spa Director

Ashley Freeman will now sit on the Executive Team at Rockliffe Hall contributing to how the business moves forward as a whole, while maintaining the highest standards and driving innovation across the spa within her new role as Spa Director.

Ashley has grown up at Rockliffe Hall, working her way through the ranks of the spa industry from a weekend Spa Butler to a Spa Receptionist, to then managing spa retail and guest services. In January 2022, Ashley took on the position of Spa Manager, and after a successful year of revenue and award wins for the team she was offered the position of Spa Director. 

Within her new role, Ashley will continue to input new ideas across the spa and empower her team to consistently strive to be the best in the industry, always taking on guest feedback and looking at future trends to positively impact the spa industry. Within the first 6 months Ashley looks to drive retention rates from Spa & Gym Memberships through the annual renewal season and invest in new equipment, modifying the gym and creating a user-friendly space for effective training and our newly-developed personal training programmes. Ashley says: "Investing in the space is key to the retention strategy to show members we are committed to ensuring they get the best value our of their membership at Rockliffe Hall."

In terms of changes, Ashley has already implemented a studio renovation within the gym and looks to recognise the talent within her team giving them the opportunity to lead in the planning of upcoming wellness workshops and other health and wellbeing activities.

The award-winning Spa at Rockliffe Hall has 14 treatment rooms of which two were developed last year to create double treatment rooms. We also have a 20-metre swimming pool, hydrotherapy pool, outdoor hot tub and Spa Garden with a wide-range of wet spa rooms and a 50-piece artis-range Technogym, a kinesis suite and gym studio.
