A message from Rockliffe Hall's Managing Director, Jason Adams
In light of the recent government announcement that face masks will be required on public transport and in retail from Tuesday 30th November, we have decided as a business to politely request that our guests and members do the same (unless exempt) within public areas of the hotel, spa (including during spa treatments with the exception of facials), restaurants and golf areas.
Our team members are already wearing face coverings in order to keep themselves and our guests safe.
As previously, face coverings can be removed when sitting at a table, when outdoors, or when using the spa and gym facilities.
Our aim is to maintain a Covid safe environment that guests and team members feel comfortable and happy in.
With kind regards
Jason Adams
Managing Director, Rockliffe Hall
