Spa Receptionist

About Us

Rockliffe Hall is an AA-rated 5 red star resort in the north of England and is set within 375 acres outside the village of Hurworth, near Darlington in County Durham. Clubhouse Restaurant Manager

Reporting to the Food and Beverage Manager, the Clubhouse Restaurant Manager will form an integral member of the Food and Beverage Team. The main purpose of the role is to ensure that our guests are provided with a friendly, professional and unobtrusive service during their dining experience. The successful candidate will be expected to provide direction and support to the team, ensuring they are well-trained to the required standard.

Chef de Partie

About Us

We are currently seeking a Chef de Partie  to join Team Rockliffe!

Salary: £33,745.92 per annum (48 hours)

Training & Recognition

We offer many training and development opportunities to help team members succeed in a career in hospitality. Different methods of training include our online training platform, onsite mentoring and accredited qualifications. As part of every team member’s development, a Day in the Life of a Guest is offered in order to experience different areas of the resort to help with a guest’s perspective of their visit.

At Rockliffe Hall we value the contribution made by each team member and aim to recognise the hard work and commitment made by our team members. Team members can vote for a ‘Rockstar of the Month’ which gives the winner a bonus payment and a certificate. Team members will also receive a Long Service Award including additional annual leave days and bonus payment.
