We're delighted to announce Rockliffe Hall has retained its prestigious 5 AA Red Stars, the highest accolade the AA can award.

There is no doubt 2021 will be remembered as one of the toughest years we will ever have to deal with, so to retain the AA’s highest accolade is overwhelming recognition that every single member of the team have delivered not only the highest international standards of service and hospitality but also, under very difficult and challenging circumstances.

In its own words: 'Inspector Choice Red Stars are awarded to hotels that stand out as the very best in the British Isles, regardless of style. These hotels offer excellent levels of quality throughout, outstanding levels of hospitality and service. Red Stars are awarded on an annual basis'.

Since re-opening, the whole resort has been brought back to life and we can't wait to welcome guests over the festive period. Having missed out on Christmas last year, we're all looking forward to the festivities in store.

Managing Director, Jason Adams commented: "Every single member of the team has been part of the success of Rockliffe Hall over the past 18 months and they have got us through Covid19. Thank you to every one of you, well done and congratulations team."

A huge well done to the whole of Rockliffe!
