We are delighted that Rockliffe Hall has been shortlisted in four categories of the 59club Service Excellence Awards 2022.
The annual awards, considered as the ‘golf industry oscars’, are celebrating their twelfth anniversary this year and recognise some of the highest-profile and best-loved golf venues across Europe, honouring both individuals and teams at the venues themselves.
Ashley Freeman is shortlisted for Leading Individual Golf Membership Performance; Callum Nicoll, is shortlisted for Golf Manager of the Year; and the Membership team is nominated for the coveted title of Golf Membership Sales Team of the Year.
59club’s diversification into Spa Experience and Corporate Sales, sees the dawn of two new awards categories, including “Leading Spa Experience” which Rockliffe Hall has also been shortlisted for.
The winners will be announced at a glittering ceremony at the Belfry Hotel and Resort in Sutton Coldfield on 3rd March, hosted by the BBC’s Dan Walker.
Callum Nicoll, Director of Golf and Estates at Rockliffe Hall, said: “To be nominated in four categories of these prestigious industry awards is just testament to how hard the team work to deliver an exceptional golf, spa and member experience. With considerable investment taking place at Rockliffe golf this year, both on and off the course, we are all dedicated to making sure we are up there with the best clubs in the country. We are very much looking forward to attending the awards this year!”
Will Hewitt, General Manager of 59club UK says: “We are delighted to be returning to a live event to celebrate the 12th year of our awards, bringing the 59club family together to reward the outstanding venues, teams and individuals who have delivered excellence in spite of the well documented challenges faced during 2021. The Awards nominations illustrate some outstanding displays of consistency from many of our longest standing partner venues but also some incredible experiences delivered by many of those who have recently come on board. 59club Awards are always hard earned and we look forward to recognizing the highest standards in our industry with an event to remember”.
