We are delighted that Rockliffe Hall has been shortlisted in six categories of the 59club UK & Ireland Service Excellence Awards 2026.
The annual awards, widely considered as the ‘golf industry Oscars’, recognise some of the highest-profile and best-loved golf venues across Europe. Their awards shine a spotlight on both individuals and teams at the venues themselves.
In 2025, we were pleased to see Rockliffe Hall's Tom West honoured with the Golf Manager of the Year title alongside his team who won Golf Operations Team of the Year. The 2026 nominations have seen Tom and his team once again pick up nominations in these categories.
Additionally, the Golf Team have been nominated for Golf Membership Sales Team of the Year and Cameron Pipe has been shortlisted for Golf Retail Manager of the Year.
Rockliffe Hall's Spa has also been shortlisted in the Leading Spa Experience category for the fifth year in a row, having been crowned the winner in 2021 and 2022 respectively.
The winners will be announced at a ceremony hosted by Celtic Manor on 26th March where the team also hope to retain their ‘Gold Flag’ status for the 10th consecutive season.
