We have been working closely alongside The Menopause School over recent weeks to develop a tailor-made collection of resources for team members around the topics of hormone health.

As a forward-thinking business, the health and well-being of our entire team is of huge importance to us. Enabling our colleagues to make informed choices and signpost them to quality resources is a valuable way to support everyone within the bigger family of Rockliffe.

Hormone health is a significant factor in over health and well-being. However, it’s a topic that doesn’t get as much airtime as it should, and potentially if the source is not accurate adds further to the confusion. So, in order to deliver the right information to the right people at the right time we have teamed up with The Menopause School – the only UK provider of eLearning courses, seminars & webinars in menstruation to menopause, medically approved by Dr Joanne Hobson, BMS Advanced Menopause Specialist.

We have been working closely alongside The Menopause School over recent weeks to develop a tailor-made collection of resources around the topics of hormone health to ensure we have a robust system in place to support all teams’ members should they ask for it.

At Rockliffe Hall we understand the significance of a safe workplace environment and will be the first employer of choice to implement a ground breaking Menstruation to Menopause policy in the UK.
