Rockliffe Hall Scoops Three Awards at the 59Club Service Excellence Awards
Rockliffe Hall has won three accolades at the 59club Service Excellence Awards, hosted at the Double Tree by Hilton at Stadium MK on the 13th March 2025.
Celebrating their fifteenth anniversary this year, the annual awards recognise some of the highest-profile and best-loved venues across Europe, aiming to recognise the outstanding venues, teams and individuals in the golf, leisure and spa industry.
Rockliffe Hall’s Head of Golf Tom West scooped the ‘Golf Manager of the Year award’ in addition to his team being recognised with ‘Golf Operations Team of the Year’.
Rockliffe Hall was also awarded the coveted Golf Flag Resort award for the 9th year in a row.
The winners are determined by scores collected from an independent visitor panel who evaluate the experience afforded to visiting golfers and prospective members in accordance with 59club’s non-subjective benchmarking criteria. Each venue is judged on performance in the following areas – sales, service, operations, retail, golf course, food & beverage and management.
Designed by Hawtree, the world-renowned course architects, Rockliffe Hall’s 18-hole championship golf course is renowned for being one of the most challenging, and longest, in Europe. Alongside the world class course is a fully stocked Pro Shop, extensive practice facilities and driving range, a luxurious yet relaxed clubhouse serving delicious food, and a dedicated golf services team.
Rockliffe Hall has won three accolades at the 59club Service Excellence Awards, hosted at Celtic Manor Resort on the 26th March 2026.
A new chapter for Rockliffe Hall begins this summer. Until then, we welcome you to unwind in the five-star luxury of our resort, set in 375 acres of County Durham countryside.
Rockliffe Hall has been shortlisted in six categories of the 59club Service Excellence Awards 2026 - widely considered to be the golf industries 'Oscars'.
