Throughout July, experience a brand-new Latin-American inspired menu in the Bar at Rockliffe Hall, paired perfectly with a trio of bespoke summer margaritas.

From Head Chef Shaun Hurrell, former Chef Patron of the renowned Barrio Comida in Durham comes a celebration of bold flavours, fresh ingredients, and the joyous spirit of a fiesta. From tender lamb belly tacos, slow-cooked to perfection, paired with smoky salsa macha and creamy guacamole to succulent red prawns accompanied by a crisp radish salad and a velvety morita crema - get ready for a summer your palate will never forget!

Discover the overnight Tacos and Tequila experience and go from bold flavours to a restful night's sleep...

  • Extended use of the award-winning spa from noon on your arrival day until noon on your departure day
  • Head from the spa to the bar to enjoy your choice of classic, watermelon and mint or mango picante margarita and three tacos each from our special summer menu
  • Late check-out at 12 noon 
  • Use of the spa, gym, bikes and padel court for the duration of your stay
  • Check out the schedule for the big screen while you're with us and enjoy live sporting and music events plus your favourite movies
