Pain & Injury Recovery Training Package

Are you suffering from muscle or joint pain? Do you have a current diagnosed injury? Are you recovering from surgery? Do you require muscle or joint injury rehabilitation exercises?

This package is aimed at individuals who are focused on gaining a full recovery from a current injury or want to concentrate on injury prevention.

Peter Bell, Sports Therapist BSc (Hons), will design a safe and effective exercise plan to improve your joint health, helping you get back to your pre-injury activity levels, with reduced risk of injury re-occurrence.

You will be given maximum supervision and guidance with your rehabilitation exercises, with a home plan and an awareness strategy.

  • Neck/shoulder injuries
  • Knee/hip joint replacement
  • Nerve problems
  • Joint osteoarthritis
  • Tendon problems
