This early morning experience takes place in the beautiful Spa Garden, which blends indoors with outdoors with an extra touch of tranquillity. Soak up the panoramic views of the surrounding countryside as you explore a Hatha Yoga, typically slow paced with a focus on correct alignment, using breathing techniques.
Research has concluded that Hatha Yoga is hugely beneficial for your physical and mental wellbeing. You will also experience the wonderful Nidra Yoga meditation technique, this powerful technique is designed for sleep meditation and to put you in a high state of inner peace.
The Spa Garden Yoga & Meditation Day Retreat includes:
- 1.5 hours Yoga & meditation workshop (1-hour of Hatha Yoga followed by 30 minutes of Nidra Yoga meditation)
- 2 course Lunch in the new Nu Sana restaurant serving the best of spa cuisine
- 4 hours use of the spa and wellness facilities including the swimming pool, thermal suite, hydrotherapy pool, outdoor hot tub, bucket drench, loungers and experience shower
- Use of robes and slippers throughout your spa experience
