The El Camino Experience

El Camino is an immersive dining experience running from July to September, part of Culinary Director James Close's ongoing residency at TERRA.

Discover a Latin American-inspired tasting menu that reflects James' commitment to exceptional ingredients and culinary storytelling, as part of an exceptional summer stay at Rockliffe Hall.

Bookings for the El Camino stay experience will open on 29th May.

The El Camino Experience includes: 

  • Extended use of the spa and thermal suite from midday on your arrival day until midday on your departure day
  • A specially curated Don Julio welcome gift and snacks
  • 'El Camino' tasting experience, taking you on a journey across Latin America
  • A la carte breakfast
  • Late check-out at 12 noon
  • Use of the gym, wellness classes, resort bikes, tennis and padel courts* for the duration of your stay
  • Check out the schedule for the big screen while you're with us and enjoy live sporting and music events, plus your favourite movies
  • Available Friday and Saturday nights from 11th July to 20th September

Booking Terms & Conditions

Please note from prices are a guide only and based on two adults sharing a New Hall standard double or twin bedroom. Upgrades apply for higher tier room categories. The El Camino Experience is available on Friday and Saturday nights from 11th July to 20th September 2025, subject to hotel availability and excluding key dates such as bank holidays. Please note full pre-payment is required at the time of booking which is non-refundable and non-transferable. After this time 100% cancellation applies.

*Please note a small charge applies for Padel court hire. Room check-in is guaranteed from 3pm. 

 

Please note the Old Hall will be closed for renovation throughout 2025. This will not directly affect your experience as the spa, golf course, grounds and Clubhouse remain open, but you can read the plans and FAQs here.
