Summer at Rockliffe

This is just the beginning.

The Clubhouse is launching a brand-new menu in early June. Inspired by New York’s iconic steakhouses, with a nod to British home comforts and the addition of a seafood bar, it promises an elevated dining experience to kick off the summer season.  

June also brings our Burger & Champagne pop-up, expect elevated burgers using prime R&J Yorkshire beef with a side of perfectly paired bubbles (or Martini) every Friday and Saturday.  

July sees the arrival of our Taco & Tequila menu in the Bar. Select from a trio of bespoke summer margaritas and experience punchy Mexican flavour combinations, vibrant plates, and the perfect excuse to stay for ‘just one more’. 

Of course, summer is about more than what’s on your plate.

Our big screen on the lawn (25th June to 8th August) brings the magic of cinema, music festivals and major sporting moments to the open air. Pair with popcorn and a cocktail from our Martini Happy Hour and let the evening unfold. 

For those looking to be a little more active, a new padel court is launching for summer adjacent to the existing all-weather tennis court. 

We’re also leaning into light-hearted fun for all ages with lawn games, a new fleet of bikes for roaming the grounds, and family-friendly events throughout the school holidays.
