Your evening begins with Champagne, canapés and live music before dining on an exquisite five-course menu created by Executive Chef Paul Nicholson.
 
As the night unfolds, the Rockliffe Suite comes alive with music from a live band and dancing, before midnight arrives with a Champagne toast accompanied by cheese and charcuterie, traditional bagpipes and a sensational firework display.
 
Whether you're joining us just for the evening or as part of our New Year's Eve break, this is the ultimate New Year's Eve celebration.

Black tie is most certainly welcome, though not essential.

The New Years Eve Gala Ball is to be pre-paid in full when booking, the pre-payment is non-refundable and non-transferable.

Age restrictions apply. Dietary requirements and wine pre-orders are required no later than 14 days prior to the event.

For New Year's Eve overnight stay bookings made prior to 31st October, a 25% deposit is to be paid at the time of booking. Full payment is to be made by 1st November 2025 and any bookings made after this date will require 100% pre-payment. The pre-payment is non-refundable and non-transferable.
