Congratulations to the Housekeeping Team for being crowned as Rockliffe Hall’s Department of the Year for 2022!
The team were recognised at our annual Rock Star Awards, attended by team members who each nominated the department they felt deserved to be recognised with the coveted award.
The housekeeping team work tirelessly 365 days a year behind the scenes to make Rockliffe Hall sparkle for our guests – and their hard work has not gone unnoticed!
Colleagues voted for the team as in September 2022 Rockliffe Hall’s executive housekeeper Diane Payne won The AA’s Housekeeper of the Year award, and she was also a finalist in the Hotel Catey awards which took place in November.
One team member commented: “They have gone above and beyond all year - with exceptional cleanliness which is shown by the guest feedback and comments. Housekeeping has also had very high scores with the mystery guests who have stayed at Rockliffe, and they are always the first to offer any help and guidance to other departments. They are a pleasure to work with and a credit to Rockliffe Hall."
Another said: “The housekeeping team gleam in their wonderful new uniforms, they certainly look the part, but they also achieve high scores for cleanliness in guest feedback, award nominations and more. They are a shining example of a well-run and well managed department."
A huge well done to the amazing Housekeeping team for winning this award, very well deserved and thank you for all that you do.
We are sure our guests will join us in congratulating them when they visit this year!
