Tune in to ITV this Saturday!
Catch James and Maria Close as they chat all things food and Rockliffe on James Martin’s Saturday Morning which airs from 9.30am to 11.30am on Saturday 12th April 2025.
Other guests on this Saturday’s show include Tony Hadley, who performed at Rockliffe Hall’s grand marquee event in May 2016, and and chef Nokx Majozi from the Rosewood London, dubbed the master of pie-making.
During the show James and Maria will be showcasing the creation of the Brooklyn Burger – one of the burgers available at the return of our Burger & Champagne pop-up this June, inspired by their love of global travel and a recent trip to New York City.
The burgers are made from prime salt-aged beef rib from R&J Yorkshire, and guests attending the pop up will also have the opportunity tuck into our Burger & Champagne Happy Meal – including their choice of prime beef burger, French fries, luxury dip and a slice of New York Cheesecake served with a glass of PIAFF Champagne or a Dirty Martini.
