The Spa at Rockliffe Hall will be running a number of complimentary activities to celebrate National Spa Week.
National Spa Week aims to raise awareness of the physical, mental and emotional benefits that regular spa attendance can offer. With this in mind the team of spa professionals at Rockliffe Hall, located in Hurworth, just outside Darlington, have developed a full itinerary of workshops, live sessions, behind-the-scenes previews, events, and complimentary tasters for guests to try!
Throughout the week the multi-award-winning Spa will also be running a prize draw for one lucky winner to enjoy a Signature Spa Day for Two with signature treatments, lunch, and spa garden.

Hosted on social media. Give your skin a happy hump day treat with this at home facial. Follow the expert advice of Morgan, Head Spa Therapist at Rockliffe Hall to leave your skin glowing.

2pm | Full Body Fitness with Robin – LIVE on YouTube
Join us on Rockliffe Hall's YouTube channel for a 30-minute low-intensity full-body interval training class with Robin Dale, Fitness Supervisor at Rockliffe Hall.

8am | LIVE Sunrise Spa Garden Yoga
The Spa Garden is the backdrop for this special live morning yoga practice led by Michelle Armstrong. Join us on your mat, live on Rockliffe Hall’s YouTube channel from 8am.

It’s the highlight of our Boutique festive calendar as we launch our brand-new Christmas range on 3rd November from 6.30pm. Please note this event is ticketed, £22 per person including fizz, canapes, live demonstrations, special offers and much more!
