Colleagues voted for Ben as he supports not only his own department but several across the resort, and always puts 110% into everything that he does.

Team members recognised Ben for how takes care of his reception team, and how he always greets guests and other team members with a happy, friendly manner. He is regularly acknowledged in excellent reviews that Rockliffe Hall receive.

One team member said: "Ben lifts us up if spirits are low, and he cares and takes an interest in everyone. He has brought his team together and knows so much about Rockliffe (even if he doesn’t, he always finds out). On our most-recent department communications, Ben took the time to mention every member of his team and wrote a few lines of appreciation and heartfelt thanks to us all. It is a pleasure to be part of his team and I have the utmost support and respect for him.”

As with all our Rock Stars, the team members choose the winner themselves. A massive well done to Ben, very well deserved.
