The MIA is known as a community of forward thinking and vibrant industry professionals sharing best practice throughout the meetings and events industry.

The MIA welcomes Rockliffe Hall as an Entry Level Member with highly acclaimed AIM Accreditation! AIM Accreditation is the UK’s only recognised quality standard for the meetings industry with 50 strict criteria which must be met to achieve accreditation.

AIM Accreditation is a trusted measure of standards for conference and meeting facilities and suppliers to the industry. AIM also checks legal compliance and enforces a strict business code of conduct and assesses facilities. Overall it covers the essential compliance, competencies and capabilities venues and suppliers should adhere to in their everyday operations. It assists and protects customers in their purchasing decisions.

Once a venue is accredited, this demonstrates operational excellence and a commitment to continuous improvement.
