Hotel Catey Awards

Known as the Oscars of the hospitality industry, the glittering awards ceremony recognises excellence in the hospitality sector and was held at the Royal Lancaster London Hotel on Monday 28th November 2022.

The Revenue Manager of the Year Award, sponsored by Profitroom, was awarded to Rockliffe Hall’s leading Commercial Director, Teresa Kingston, who has been at the hotel since 2020. The prestigious award recognises the talent, hard work and dedication of individuals with revenue and sales responsibility and leadership in the hotel sector.

Additionally, Rockliffe Hall was shortlisted for two further awards, including the Best Use of Technology Award for the resort’s new website which launched at the end of 2021. Meanwhile, Executive Housekeeper, Diane Payne, was shortlisted for the Housekeeper of the Year award which recognises those who are committed to the efficient running of the hotel’s housekeeping department and employ first-class hygiene standards.
