59Club Awards

For a second year running, Rockliffe Hall scooped the ‘Leading Spa Experience’ award and also retained the 59club's coveted ‘Gold Flag’ award for the Championship golf course for the seventh year running. This year we also took home the 'Service Excellence' award which recognises the finest customer service and the very best performances, regardless of a venue’s size, scale or profile.

The winners are determined by scores collected from an independent visitor panel who evaluate the experience afforded to visiting golfers and prospective members in accordance with 59club’s non-subjective benchmarking criteria. Each venue is judged on performance in the following areas – sales, service, operations, retail, golf course, food & beverage and management.
