Luxury Spa of the Year!

Rockliffe Hall's Spa team collected the latest accolade for the multi-award-winning Spa at the  North East Beauty Industry Awards which took place on Sunday 16^th October at The Grand Hotel Gosforth Park in Newcastle.

The award acknowledges and celebrates the best of the beauty industry in the North East, and shines a light on those who are dedicated to their work to make their clients look and feel confident.

Ashley Freeman, Spa Manager at Rockliffe Hall, said: “We are delighted to have achieved this award. Over the past 12 months, we have completely transformed the spa guest experience here at Rockliffe Hall, with the opening of our new spa restaurant Nu Sana, the development of two brand-new treatment rituals, a refurbishment of the spa boutique, and the introduction of a new website which allows online spa booking I am delighted the team has been recognised for their hard work and commitment.”

She continued: “In the wake of the pandemic, we’ve enhanced and redeveloped every single touch point of the spa guest journey and our guest feedback from both spa day visitors, residents, and members is the highest it’s ever been. The Spa at Rockliffe Hall is one of the largest spas in the country, with a whole host of unique facilities and offerings designed to help people boost both their mental and physical wellbeing.”
