The Luxury award recognises spas that have shone under the spotlight of the expert assessment by the Good Spa Guide Spa Spies, looking at spectacular facilities, soothing and enriching treatments, award-winning cuisine to faultless customer service. All ‘5 Bubble Luxury’ spas have gone above and beyond to achieve spa excellence.

Speaking about receiving the 5 Bubble Luxury award, Rockliffe Hall’s spa manager, Ashley Freeman, said: “The spa team work so hard to ensure the most impeccable yet relaxed spa guest journey and to be recognised in this way makes us all so proud. This really is the highest accolade a spa could wish for. The Good Spa Guide team are rigorous in testing facilities, staff, treatments, spa journey and surroundings. Our guests know they are experiencing one of the most outstanding spas in the country when they visit Rockliffe Hall.”

Following an extensive and thorough review by a mystery ‘Spa Spy’, the Good Spa Guide said that Rockliffe Hall was awarded the highest bubble rating due to the “excellent facilities, unusual and interesting treatments, great customer service and wonderful sense of peace”.

The Spa Spy also added that they loved the rainbow colours of the spa; stained glass windows, brightly coloured sofas and plenty of natural light make the spa a joyful relaxing place; as well as commenting on the variety of heat and water experience which means there is plenty to occupy guests for a while day.

The Good Spa Guide is considered the expert guide to the best spas and treatments in the industry and all establishments must undergo an assessment process.
