General Booking Terms
Advance Purchase and Promotional Rates
- Full pre-payment is required at the time of booking.
- Advance purchase bookings are non-refundable; however, a change of date can be made up to 14 days prior to arrival without charge.
- No changes can be made within 14 days prior to arrival.
- Cancellations made within 14 days of arrival would incur 100% cancellation charges.
- A non-arrival would incur 100% cancellation charges.
Flexible Rates
- A credit or debit card is required at the time of booking to confirm the reservation.
- Cancellations can be made up until 3pm the day prior to arrival without charge.
- Cancellations made after 3pm the day prior to arrival would incur 100% cancellation charges.
- A non-arrival would incur 100% cancellation charges.
- Please note we are a cashless resort.
Group Bookings
- Bookings of over 7 room are classed as a group booking.
- A 25% deposit is required at the time of booking.
- The final balance will be required within 30 days of arrival.
- A separate contract will be issued as confirmation, along with group terms and conditions.
Spa Bookings
- Full pre-payment is required at the time of booking.
- Cancellations made up until 48 hours prior to the date of arrival would be subject to a 50% refund or the option to change the date of the booking.
- No changes can be made within 48 hours of arrival.
- Cancellations made within 48 hours would incur 100% cancellation charges.
- A non-arrival would incur 100% cancellation charges.
Golf Bookings
- Should a tee time need to be cancelled, please let us know in advance.
- Bookings of over 8 players will be classed as a group booking and will require a 25% deposit to be paid upon booking.
