General Booking Terms

Advance Purchase and Promotional Rates

  • Full pre-payment is required at the time of booking.
  • Advance purchase bookings are non-refundable; however, a change of date can be made up to 14 days prior to arrival without charge.
  • No changes can be made within 14 days prior to arrival.
  • Cancellations made within 14 days of arrival would incur 100% cancellation charges.
  • A non-arrival would incur 100% cancellation charges.

Flexible Rates

  • A credit or debit card is required at the time of booking to confirm the reservation.
  • Cancellations can be made up until 3pm the day prior to arrival without charge.
  • Cancellations made after 3pm the day prior to arrival would incur 100% cancellation charges.
  • A non-arrival would incur 100% cancellation charges.
  • Please note we are a cashless resort.

Group Bookings

  • Bookings of over 7 room are classed as a group booking.
  • A 25% deposit is required at the time of booking.
  • The final balance will be required within 30 days of arrival.
  • A separate contract will be issued as confirmation, along with group terms and conditions.

Spa Bookings

  • Full pre-payment is required at the time of booking.
  • Cancellations made up until 48 hours prior to the date of arrival would be subject to a 50% refund or the option to change the date of the booking.
  • No changes can be made within 48 hours of arrival.
  • Cancellations made within 48 hours would incur 100% cancellation charges.
  • A non-arrival would incur 100% cancellation charges.

Golf Bookings

  • Should a tee time need to be cancelled, please let us know in advance.
  • Bookings of over 8 players will be classed as a group booking and will require a 25% deposit to be paid upon booking.
