As we celebrate national green juice day, we thought we'd let you in on a Nu Sana secret and share our Green Power Detox Juice recipe so you can take an essence of Rockliffe Hall home with you.

Including apple & cucumber it's a tasty treat while full of goodness! 

Lets approach February as we've started the year, with delicious and nutricious drinks and dishes full of vitamins and replenishing agents.

Try our Green Power Detox Juice recipe below:

  • Coconut (milk or fresh chunks, depending on how you like your consistency)
  • Half a Cucumber
  • One Apple
  • Handful of Chard
  • Lemon (Squeeze to your preferred bitterness)
  • A few cubes of ice
  • 6 ounces of water
  • Blend until smooth, the coconut and cucumber take away that earthy taste and give it a natural sweetness.

Know your ingredients:

Coconut (superfood)

Fuelling the body with clean fat, digestible protein, and filling fibre.

Cucumber (superfood)

Great for hydration and contains many important vitamins and minerals.

Apple (superfood)

Apples are one of the original superfoods. They pack a powerful antioxidant punch, are rich with vitamins and minerals, and are a great source of fiber.

Chard (ultimate superfood)

Just 100 grams of Swiss chard will give you more than 300 percent of your daily dose of vitamin K, more than 20 percent of your vitamin C and more than 20 percent of your vitamin A.

Lemon (holistic superfood)

Packed with nutrientsthat can help you lose weight, get glowing skin and detoxify.
