Wednesday 6th February 2019, from 6pm or from 8pm

Richard Allen welcomes celebrated chef Mark Jordan (Mark Jordan At The Beach), and forager, Kazz (Wild Adventures Jersey), both from the island of Jersey, to the Orangery for a unique food and wine experience.

Your evening will begin with welcome cocktail and talk from Kazz, a foraging expert who brings with him a wealth of knowledge and some unique and unusual ingredients foraged from both the Rockliffe estate and Jersey.

You will then be seated for a celebration 6-course menu created by Richard and Mark in the stunning 4AA Rosette Orangery restaurant using some of the ingredients Kazz has foraged.

Head Sommelier Daniel Jonberger will match 4 unique wines to this special menu. A raffle will be held to raise funds for Hospitality Action.

Raising funds for Hospitality Action

Over the eight day event, money will be raised for Hospitality Action. The charity offers vital assistance to those working, or who have worked within hospitality in the UK and who find themselves in crisis.

Please note full pre-payment is required at the time of booking. We will endeavour to accommodate all dietary requirements, however please be aware that in some instances this might mean your dishes are created by Rockliffe Hall’s executive chef rather than the guest chef. Please notify us of any food allergies on booking. A limited number of Festival Passes are available (with and without accommodation) to include entry to all 6 evening events, and a 10% saving on additional booked day time events. Accommodation prices are based on two adults sharing a double or twin Tiplady Lodge bedroom. This event will run in two sittings, at 6pm and 8pm. Maximum party size of 6 for this special event.
