The bright and buzzy Brasserie is open for brunch, lunch and in to the evening. With views to die for and atmosphere aplenty, this relaxed restaurant serves up seasonal specials to ensure you are always getting the freshest, tastiest dishes in the North East.
To wet your palate, there’s a creative cocktail selection- exclusive to The Brasserie- and specially-selected wine list as well as different smoothies and juices. In addition, the restaurant serves brunch daily offering favourites such as homemade granola, a choice of muffins and omelettes as well as pastries. Please note on a Sunday our lunch offering is an all day brunch in the Brasserie.

Brasserie Main Menu
Aaron wanted to create a Brasserie menu that showcases the fantastic produce available right here on the resort’s doorstep. He sources his fish from the North Sea, game from the Yorkshire estates and meat is from Country Valley in Neasham. Please note menus are subject to change to reflect seasonality.
Aaron is one of the North East and Yorkshire’s most highly regarded chefs having worked all over the UK and Europe at a range of prominent places including Heston Blumenthal’s three Michelin-starred restaurant the Fat Duck which was voted 2nd best restaurant in the world.
Opening Hours & Dress Code
The Brasserie is open Monday to Sunday. Brunch is served 8.30am – 11.30am, lunch 11.30am – 2.30pm, please note on a Sunday our lunch offering is an all day brunch in the Brasserie. Dinner is served from 6pm – 9.30pm. During the daytime robes are welcome for guests enjoying a Spa Day experience, please note from 5pm onwards we operate a smart casual dress code.
