Diane Payne, Rockliffe Hall’s Executive Housekeeper, has been named AA Housekeeper of the Year.
The AA last night announced the winners for the AA Housekeeper of the Year Award at the AA Hospitality Awards 2022 held at the JW Marriott Grosvenor House, London.
Diane Payne, our Executive Housekeeper, was named Housekeeper of the Year.
Recognising the excellence of hotels, restaurants and their teams across the UK, the AA Hospitality Awards are one of the industry’s most prestigious and highly anticipated events.
This year’s Awards, hosted by Gabby Logan and spanning 15 categories, named the best hotels, restaurants, and spas across the UK, and celebrated remarkable figures from the industry with awards such as the Lifetime Achievement Award, Chef’s Chef Award and more.
The AA Housekeeper of the Year award, sponsored by Sealey, recognises outstanding commitment and performance, identifying a housekeeper who goes above and beyond the call of duty.

Diane has run the housekeeping department at Rockliffe Hall for over five years, managing a team of over 35 housekeepers who work around the clock, 365 days a year to ensure the highest levels of cleanliness across the whole resort.”
