Concierge Named as one of the Best

Head Concierge Anton Coburn has been accepted as a member of one of the hospitality sector’s leading bodies - The Society of the Golden Keys.

The Society of the Golden Keys recognises the very best concierges around the UK and amongst Commonwealth countries but has stringent joining criteria.

Anton has recently met with the exacting standards and has been accepted into the society, making him one of the best concierges in the UK and one of the only concierges in the North East to have been accepted as a member.

He joined us here at Rockliffe Hall when the resort opened in 2009 as Senior Concierge and has assisted with developing the standards that Rockliffe Hall’s concierge team has become highly regarded for. As Head Concierge, his job involves accommodating a range of guest needs, recommending days out in the region and ensuring service standards are exemplary.

Speaking about his accolade, Anton said: “I am so fortunate to do a job that I love at a resort that really is outstanding. I love meeting people and we get some amazing guests at Rockliffe Hall so every day is different. I have been working towards becoming a member of the Society of the Golden Keys since I joined Rockliffe Hall and I am so grateful to the team that has always been so supportive. I am now looking forward to being able to represent the North East on a national level.”
