Rock Star of the Month

Congratulations to Lewis Norman for being crowned as 'Rock Star of the Month' for March! 

Lewis has recently been promoted to Deputy Manager of the Clubhouse and has worked really hard in his new role.

Colleagues voted for him because of the way he has stepped up since starting his new position. 

One individual commented: "Lewis is extremely professional in his role, always keeps the Kitchen Team informed of any information that they require. He is a great motivator to his Front of House team".

Team Members who voted for Lewis commented on his passion for the role, his communication and management skills as well as leading by example with both existing and new team members. 

The Rock Star of the Month award winner is chosen each month based on votes from team members themselves. A massive well done to Lewis, very well deserved.
