Colleagues voted for Claire as she has worked tirelessly throughout the recent system upgrade project, whilst continuing to be a supportive and inspiring leader to her team.

Team members recognised how Claire is a team player, how committed she is to her role, and that she’s not afraid to get stuck in to support the team where needed, working late nights and evenings to ensure all the Hotel Reservations were copied from the old system to the new, and ensuring the project went live successfully.

One team member said: "Since I started my new role, I couldn’t wish for a better person to be my mentor. The knowledge Claire has shared with me has made me feel confident in my abilities and I will take that with me where ever I go. The past month has been tough with the new system upgrade and Claire has been heavily involved with that and done an amazing job, I don’t think I or anyone in the commercial team would have got through it without her. She keeps not only me but the rest of the team motivated and she is a great role model."

Another team member added: “Every single person involved in the recent system upgrade project deserves a huge congratulations, however, Claire has worked tirelessly in the configuration of the system, the live loading process and go live day while keeping morale up in the office! The new system will now make teams using the software work more efficiently and effectively.”

As with all of our Rock Stars, the team members choose the winner themselves. A massive well done to Claire, very well deserved.
