Congratulations to Alison Raw for being crowned Rock Star of the Month for October!
A true Rockliffe Rock Star, Alison is our Old Hall Pastry Chef and you’ll usually find her in the Old Hall kitchen baking cakes, desserts and sweet treats for Afternoon Tea guests.
Colleagues voted for Alison as she is a dedicated and committed member of the kitchen team who always goes the extra mile but she also scooped some votes as a thank you for the special celebration cakes she made for the awards that have been won by Rockliffe Hall team members in recent weeks.
She also has contributed lots of creative ideas to our Afternoon Tea menus, and we look forward to sharing more of Alison’s tasty treats with guests over the coming months.
As with all of our Rock Stars, the winner is chosen by the team members themselves. A massive well done to Alison, very well deserved.
